New host records for Pathogenic Fungi in Pakistan

Description
During present investigation, five plant species infected with pathogenic rust fungi were collected. Among these, Lolium persicum for Puccinia striiformis var. striiformis, Melica persica for P. poarum, Bothriochloa ischaemum for P. cesatii, Festuca pratensis for P. coronata var. himalensis and Sonchus asper for P. sonchi are reported as new host plants for these rust fungi in Pakistan.
