Pengaruh Hemoglobin dan Motivasi terhadap Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa SMK 5 Kota Bengkulu

Based on the results of observations to students of Vocational School number 5 Bengkulu, it was found that the resulting physical fitness was still low. Physical fitness is influenced by many factors, one of which is thought to be influenced by hemoglobin and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct influence between exogenous and endogenous variables, namely to find the magnitude of the direct influence of hemoglobin and motivation on physical fitness. This research is quantitative through descriptive approach and path analysis. In this study, the population was 80 children with 5 classes and different majors. The sampling technique in this study was purposive random sampling so that 35 people were obtained as research samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire to obtain motivation results, a bleep test to measure physical fitness, and a hemoglobin level test using an easy touch test tool to obtain hemoglobin data results. The results of data analysis show that : 1) there is a significant direct effect of hemoglobin on physical fitness of 11,42%, 2) there is a significant direct effect of motivation on physical fitness of 16,81%, 3) there is an indirect effect of hemoglobin on physical fitness through motivation of 32,52%, 4) there is a simultaneous effect of hemoglobin levels and motivation on physical fitness of 42,51%.
