A nova configuração da Assistência Estudantil

This essay reflects on the trajectory of Student Assistance, especially in the face of Higher Education Reform. State reform is presented as a process of adjustment to the requirements of the process of economic globalization, through the movement of capital to other spheres of society. This process progressively introduces a Reform of Higher Education, which produces ambiguous reflections on Student Assistance, the emerging need for continuity of the struggles of social actors by establishing a Program for Student Assistance regulated by Law.
