pbmc.zip contains datasets for running the CiberATAC tutorial
mave_data.zip contains datasets for runnning the CiberATAC variational auto-encoder tutorial
<>_scRNA-seq.RDS files contain Seurat objects of CDX or PDX samples.
SW480_scATAC-seq.RDS contains a SingleCellExperiment object of the peak matrix for SW480 CDX samples.
