- Large reworking of the baseband dump system #927
- Moves to kotekan buffers instead of BipBuffers for baseband staging
- Use a kotekan based receiver process to receive data from the nodes instead of doing NFS writes directly from the nodes
- Adds conversion scripts to convert from baseband raw files, to HDF5 files, along with logic to make the conversion process automatic
- Add support for mult-frequency configurations.
- Fix a timestamp issue for configurations without GPS units. #1002
