Type locality. Australia, New South Wales, Sydney, Little Coogee Bay.
Type material. AMS C.65858, holotype.
Distribution. Australia (Laseron 1954).
Remarks. Marshall (1983) considered this species a junior synonym of Triphoris angasi Crosse & P. Fischer, 1865.
