Peyecoder: An open-source program for coding eye movements

Description

New setting allows setting the command used to run ffmpeg. For example, on MacOS, this may need to be set to /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg. An error message is displayed after a video is loaded if the ffmpeg command cannot be found.
