Notes

NOTE: This copy of the alevin-fry source code corresponds to the tagged version v0.4.0 (SHA/commit 9d840f76f600e4a0485fb6655703aa13ad11ef12), with the exception that line number 26 of the main Cargo.toml has been changed from version = "3.0.0-beta.2" to version = "=3.0.0-beta.2" to account for the fact that the command line parser, clap, have made backward-incompatible changes between the beta with which this tagged version was originally built and subsequent betas and release candidates. Further, please note that this upload of the source code exists only for required archival purposes, and should not be used to build or run alevin-fry. Already, newer versions with important bug fixes and feature enhancements have been released, and this software is actively maintained and developed. Please visit https://github.com/COMBINE-lab/alevin-fry to obtain the latest version of alevin-fry, or install it via bioconda (https://anaconda.org/bioconda/alevin-fry).
