The conceptual aspects, role and highlights of national culture as cornerstones in global business in Nigeria was reviewed with focus on Dangote Cement Industry. The study employed content analysis and secondary data mainly as the reviewed literature. Globalization is an attitude of the mindset that sees the entire universe as a single market with the goal that the corporate environment depends on the elements of global business strategy. Global business is concerned with business activities occurring across national borders with the aim to fulfill the necessities of people and organizations. Such economic transaction involves international trade as it relates to exports, imports and foreign direct investment as in the instance of companies funding corporations in other countries. National culture implies a set of implicit beliefs, norms or values held by members of a group that determines how the group behaves, interacts and responds with respect to its environment. Such cultural intricate includes the core values and beliefs that are inherent in the mission and vision of an organization which enables it to strive towards attainment of success in business and how it should work in achieving its mandate. Supportive and inventive cultures are designed to help global business meet with the unending needs and demands of customers via information acquisition and dissemination.
