Gender Mainstreaming in Intercultural Pedagogical Approaches: A Praxiological Study in the University Context

The article presents the results of a pedagogical study on the issue of intercultural education from the perspective of gender equality in initial teacher training. It analyzes some relevant theoretical landmarks for gender mainstreaming in multicultural educational contexts in seven pedagogical-profile universities from the Republic of Moldova. It also provides the praxiological framework for a training program to be conducted with higher education lecturers.
