Amphibians of Iran - spatial data, distribution models, and conservation status

Here we provided a complete spatial dataset for Amphibian of Iran; 22 species in 13 genera belonging to 7 families and 2 orders.

• Species: "Bufo eichwaldi", "Bufotes oblongus", "Bufotes perrini", "Bufotes sitibundus", "Calliopersa luristanica", "Calliopersa surda", "Firouzophrynus olivaceus", "Firouzophrynus stomaticus", "Pelobates syriacus", "Euphlyctis cyanophlyctis", "Hyla orientalis", "Hyla savignyi", "Pelophylax bedriagae", "Pelophylax persicus", "Rana macrocnemis", "Rana pseudodalmatina", "Paradactylodon persicus", "Neurergus corocatus", "Neurergus derjugini", "Neurergus kaiseri", "Triturus karelinii", "Salamandra infraimmaculata".

1. maps and spatial layers for all verified occurrences
2. maps, spatial layers, and performance measures of the modelled distributions
3. maps and spatial layers for suitable habitat extents (SHE), area of occupancy (AOO), and the AOO of each species covered by the protected areas (PAN).
