There are four folders for each of the datasets used in our work:

Experimental Dataset: contains 29 EM maps and their fitted PDBs.

Random Experimental Dataset: contains the 29 EM maps and their randomly transformed fitted PDBs.

Simulated Dataset: Contains 36 PDB structures and their simulated EM maps.

Random Simulated Dataset: Contains 36 PDB structures after applying random transformation on their subunits and their simulated EM maps.
