MITgcm core + a few small configurations for MITgcmTools.jl test suite

Description

MITgcm but with just a few small configurations (hs94.cs-32x32x5, etc) and stripped down of ancillary elements (docs, etc). This is used for the MITgcmTools.jl test suite which does not require downloading the full MITgcm repo. Aside from this purpose, however, MITgcm users should probably download the most recent MITgcm release from https://github.com/MITgcm/MITgcm/releases instead.
