Portable x86_64 Linux binaries

File description:

• htstools-1.23_x86-linux.tar.bz2: precompiled samtools and bcftools. It is built with libdeflate, sftp, https, s3 and gcs supports.
• opt-20260216.tar.bz2: libraries necessary for compiling samtools and bcftools. These include zlib-1.3.1, xz-5.8.2, bzip2-1.0.8, libdeflate-1.25, curl-8.18.0, libssh2-1.11.1, c-ares-1.34.6, nghttp2-1.68.0, libxml2-2.15.1, libressl-4.2.1 and ncurses-6.6.
• {samtools,bcftools}-1.23c.tar.bz2: modified samtools and bcftools. See 11compile.sh for instruction. I still don't understand how the samtools/bcftools build system works.
