Description
This release contains the software implementation of SCODE (Supervised Complex Detection). The software is described in our paper SCODE: A Cytoscape app for supervised complex detection in protein-protein interaction graphs (2016).
This app allows users to search for complexes in weighted graphs using supervised learning on a Bayesian network model. It is based on the algorithm developed by Qi et al (doi: 10.1093/bioinformatics/btn164).
