Specimens examined. Male holotype (BMNH) (Figs. 1–3) and labels, Fig. 4: Murray R[iver]; ɗɗ,ΨΨ, Victoria, Big Desert (CLBC).

Comments. This is the species from eastern arid habitats, but at this point we are unable to define the perimeter of its distribution. The diagnostic differences between J. bakewellii and J. saundersii are given in Table 1 below.
