Ptenidium pusillum (Gyllenhal, 1808)

Material. NEW BRUNSWICK: Albert Co.: Mary's Pt., 9.viii.2002, C.G. Majka, coniferous forest: decaying Russula virescens (Schaeff) Fr., CGMC; Yo rk C o: Fredericton, 1979, G. Boiteau, potato field, ACNB. NOVA SCOTIA: Halifax Co.: Burnside, 25.vi.2004, C. Cormier, on dead pig, (2), NSMC. PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND: Queens Co.: St. Patricks, 8.viii.2002, C.G. Majka, stream edge: moss, CGMC.

Comments. A synanthropic, Palearctic species newly recorded in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
