Professional Training of Event-managers in the Context of Dual Form of Acquiring Education

Actuality. Transformational processes of independent Ukraine predetermined the detachment of knowledge of university graduate from the reality coped by young specialist who starts professional activity. Some potential on the way of solving of defined problem appears in the dual system of education that directed on formation in future specialist that actual knowledge and skills which are required by contemporary labor market. Purpose and methods. Purpose of the article is to analyze the introduction possibilities of dual form of acquiring education in professional training of event-manager. In the research process were been used systemic, analytical and compact methods, by which were characterized the features of dual form of acquiring education, were comparatively valued its realization in Germany and Ukraine. Results. The dual form of acquiring education allows objectively and effectively realize the challenges faced by contemporary student: to get the job – to hold on the job – to increase in career. At the same time the efficiency of its realization depends on the set of factors, in particular on motivation of student and right choice of profession. Conclusions and discussion. The combination of theoretical and practical studying, formal and informal education is the base of successful studying of student. The conscious choice of student as for his future profession and competent competitiveness of graduate on labor market will be the result of introduction of the dual form of education. The partnership of educational establishments with private and state sectors, activation of its cooperation will allows not only to optimize the content component in educational plans but also to deepen the qualification of teaching staff, their professional adaptation to changeable educational condition. The possibilities and limitations of introduction of dual system in process of event-manager training were analyzed in the article at the first time; results of the research can be used in educational process of universities.
