A special edition of the journal19th-Century Music (Vol. 39, Issue 2, Fall 2015) was produced from papers discussed at the conference MUSIC AND SCIENCE IN LONDON, 1800–51. This conference was convened at King’s College London, under the auspices of Professor Roger Parker’s European Research Council-funded Music in London, 1800–51 project.
