Ukrainization of Cultural Space of Ukraine in the State Information Security System

The author considers one of the problematic features of Ukraine's information secu­rity — the heterogeneity of its information and cultural space, problematic features of Ukraine information security is the heterogeneity of its information and cultural space, which results in the fact that some Ukrainians identify themselves with the neighboring culture, use a foreign language and potentially ready to support the aggressor in the case of an attack. There is a tendency: separatism, rejection of Ukrainian statehood, symbols, culture mainly arise in a territory dominated by a foreign language, and vice versa: where Ukrainian language dominates, such problems do not arise. That is why strategic mechanisms of Ukrainianisation and expansion of Ukrainian-speaking space in the territory of our country should be laid in the information security system of Ukraine. The aim of the article is to prove the importance of Ukrainianization in the information security system of Ukraine. Foreign and domestic scientific works were considered during the research. The results of sociological researches on the use of Ukrainian language in Ukraine are presented and analyzed in the article. The complex of general scientific, logical and special methods is applied. It was established that the state information security system should consist of an operational level — working to identify the harmful elements in the information and cultural space and quickly respond to them and strategic — expanding the national information and cultural space, improving the means of creating, disseminating and preserving socially important useful information. It is determined that the policy of Ukrainization is the integration of Ukrainian society on the basis of language, cultural tradition, historical and political consciousness of Ukrainians. The article, under Ukrainianisation means the restoration of Ukrainian-language space, which has narrowed due to the forced Russification of Ukrainians. It is revealed that the role of Ukrainization in the information security system is not limited to understanding it as a means of spreading Ukrainian culture — it is a factor of national security of Ukraine and the unity of the nation.
