1) bpp datasets has three variants:

  • blocks of 100 loci: bpp-block100.tar.gz
  • blocks of 200 loci: bpp-block200.tar.gz
  • all loci: bpp-all-loci.tar.gz

2) 3s dataset contains all pairs of the six species, with Heliconius melponene as a third species: 3s.tar.gz
