This is yet another release that contains strax(en) v1.0.0.

Other packages of note:

cutax v0.2.0 utilix v0.6.4. Evan's admix fork v1.0.3.

This also includes the change where we use PYTHONPATH to set cutax location, not pip.

To compare with previous releases:

2021.10.2 has a buggy cutax installation (missing the 'v'). 2021.10.1 has an outdated utilix and admix.
