Numerical Simulations on Cepheus E

Description

With 2D/3D chemo-hydrodynamical (CHD) codes, such as WALKIMYA, we investigate the complex interaction of jets with the protostellar gas, modeling the physical and chemical properties of molecular gas tracers. We show  a comparison between simulations and PdBI observations of the CO emission at arcsec scale which allows us to retrieve the history of the mass loss events that shape the CepE-mm system.
