NeotomaDB/NeotomaBot: Neotoma Paleoecology Database Twitter Bot

The newest update of the Neotoma Paleoecology Database Twitter Bot.

This update includes:

• a change to the underlying Python package managing the bot
• a change in the way pre-written tweets are managed, from being directly in the script to being imported from file
• a switch to the newest API version for Neotoma to ensure that the site list provided is as up-to-date as possible.
