Salarias ceramensis Bleeker 1853 —Ceram blenny
Status at New Ireland. New record, based on a specimen photographed at Lissenung Island, Kavieng District, 8 m depth, by Dean Tully on 18 Sept. 2012.
Distribution and habitat. New Ireland: 2.—General distribution: Indonesia east to Philippines and Papua New Guinea, south to Solomon Islands. Solitary on sheltered reefs, 1–8 m depth. Marine.
