Description
Atrosalarias holomelas (Günther 1872) —Black coral blenny
Status at New Ireland. New record, based on a specimen photographed at Lissenung Island, Kavieng District, 8 m depth, by Dean Tully on 19 Sept. 2012.
Distribution and habitat. New Ireland: 2.—General distribution: Indonesia east to Marshall and Society Islands, north to Ryukyu Islands, south to northern Australia and New Caledonia. Solitary among branching corals, 1–20 m depth. Marine.
