Description

New in this version:

  • Address compatibility with ggplot2 v4 for plotting functions (e.g. contour plots).
  • Radar plots are back! geom_ribbon is used to correctly close the radar in polar coordinates
  • Removed all calls to GetAssayData() with slot parameter (defunct in SeuratObject v5.3 and replaced by layer).
  • Add LazyDataCompression option
