Syrphids (Diptera, Syrphidae) of "Striltsivsky Step" (Ukraine)

Syrphid flies fauna of Striltsivsky Step branch of Lugansk Nature Reserve (54 species) is reviewed. Thirty-four species are recorded for the first time from the branch, of them eight for the first time from Lugansk Region, Heringia senilis Sack, 1938 is new for the Left-Bank (Trans-Dnieper) Ukraine, and Eupeodes nuba (Wiedemann, 1830) is recorded for the first time from Ukraine.
