Description

This repository includes a pdf file, named SupplementaryMaterial_7350FoldingFunnels.pdf, showing the results of Rosetta folding simulations for “294-fold mini all-α protein library”, which included 294 mini all-α topologies encoded by 7,350 amino-acid sequences. This pdf file is a supplementary material for Koya Sakuma’s dissertation. 

 

Acknowledgement: We would like to deeply thank Koga laboratory at Institute for Molecular Science providing computational resources. Most of the computations for model building and folding simulations were performed using the facilities at the Research Center for Computational Science, Okazaki, Japan.
