A. muricatus transcriptome assemblies generated using Trinity v2.11.0 (Haas et al. 2013; Grabherr et al. 2011; Henschel et al. 2012)
• Amphibolurus-muricatus_brain.fa.tar.gz: Combined Trinity assembly of A. muricatus brain (male and female).
• Amphibolurus-muricatus_combined.fa.tar.gz: Combined Trinity assembly of A. muricatus ovary, testis, and brain (male and female).
• Amphibolurus-muricatus_female_brain.fa.tar.gz: Trinity assembly of female A. muricatus brain.
• Amphibolurus-muricatus_male_brain.fa.tar.gz: Trinity assembly of male A. muricatus brain.
• Amphibolurus-muricatus_ovary.fa.tar.gz: Trinity assembly of A. muricatus ovary.
• Amphibolurus-muricatus_testis.fa.tar.gz: Trinity assembly of A. muricatus testis.
