Description

This dataset contains raw and processed AFM data of measuring contractility activity of 3D clusters of cardiomyocytes (Embryoid bodies) after administrating bronchodilator Aminophylline in increasing concentration. Dataset will be in future coupled with journal article:''Aminophylline induces two types of arrhythmic events in human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes''.

2.0.0 - Changelog

-Addition of results of HL-1 cells measurement including a multielectrode array (MEA) and Calcium sparklings measurements.
-Removing of Barium measurements data
