In this article, author has attempted to make use of online post mail, and physical post office box number for inter-office purpose in digital medium(Internet), by means of single post office box number for each individual. Personal, and Organizational/Institutional post office box numbers too has been discussed. Uniqueness in each post office box number can be achieved, if post office box number are provided based on serial order, throughout the nation. That would become more convenient as each post office box number would be unique to each other, for sending and receiving letters, and parcels.
