Measuring climate resilience and adaptive capacity across European regions

This registered report has been prepared for the Resilienship proposal HORIZON-MISS-2021-CLIMA-01 - Better prepared regional and local authorities to adapt to climate change. It reviews most recent literature (since 2015) on indicator-based resilience and adaptive capacity assessments, extracts and describes the indicators used and outline methodology to evaluate vulnerability and resilience across European (EU) regions. The analysis underpins and feeds into the planned activities of the Resilienship proposal.
