Llyn Fawnog, Denbighshire, 1 male, 27.x.1988, Holmes, Boyce & Reed leg. (PPWM). The Ritec, Pembrokeshire, 1 male, 24.vi.1987; 1 male, 8.vii.1987; 2 males, 22.vii.1987; 2 males, 30.ix.1987, all Holmes, Boyce & Reed leg. (DEI, PPWM). Trefeiddan Moor, Pembrokeshire, 1 male, 21.vii.1987, Holmes, Boyce & Reed leg. (PPWM).
Ecological notes: found on wetlands including fens with Carex and Phragmites beds. vi–vii, ix–x.
