D i s t r i b u t i o n: south-eastern Europe, southern Russia, southern Ukraine, Transcaucasia, Turkey, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Turkmenistan (Kopet Dag Mts.), Uzbekistan (Mt. Chimgan).
R e m a r k s: insufficient data to draw conclusions. The larvae live in Origanum sp.
