M a t e r i a l: Isparta: Keçıborlu, N38°00'39.0" E30°18'52.0", 11-06-1999 (Dils J. & Faes J.).
D i s t r i b u t i o n: known only from a few specimens: Turkey (Ankara, Bolu, Nevşehir, Niğde and Isparta), Greece (western Peloponnesus) (GARREVOET & GARREVOET 2002).
R e m a r k s: as already stated by the authors of this species (KALLIES et al. 1998) the exact relation to Synanthedon spatenkai GORBUNOV 1991 is not yet clear. Additional material and research is needed to solve this question.
