Scrobipalpa magnificella Povolný, 1967
Burannoe 3.VII.2003; Chalk Hills 22.VI.1999, 29.VI–2.VII.2003, 25–28.V.2004; Guberlja 25.VI.2003; Kidriasovo 28–29.V.1998; Verbljushka 30.V–2.VI.1998, 12–13.V.1999, 24.V.2004, 31.VII.2005. A total of 40 exx. Genitalia slides: Hendriksen 2921, 5018, 5019, 5020, 5021; Huemer 02/1116, 02/1117.
Distribution. Russia (S Ural) and Ukraine (Bidzilya 1997). Outside of Europe recorded from Syria, Iran and Mongolia (Povolný 2002); Uzbekistan and China (Falkovitsh & Bidzilya 2009).
Remarks. This species is new to Russia.
