V.: Endemit (St. Helena) (NUSS 1999).
Ö/B.: Von WOLLASTON (1879) als eher für die höheren Lagen am Central Ridge typisch genannt. Nach NUSS (1999) im 20. Jahrhundert nur sehr selten noch gefunden; Falterabbildung siehe dort.
