Phalaena isabella Smith, 1797: 132, pl. 66.

Pyrrharctia californica Packard, 1864: 121. — Type locality: USA, California, San Francisco. — Type specimen: Holotype male (MCZ).

Spilosoma genini Debauche, 1938: 17. — Type locality: Mexico. — Type specimen: Holotype male (IRSN).

TYPE LOCALITY. — [USA], Georgia.

TYPE SPECIMENS. — Undisclosed number of syntypes (?).

REMARK

Reported from Mexico by Turrent Díaz (1996: 83) and Beutelspacher (1996: 60).
