Magnoptera watsoni Ruiz, 1989: 152. — Type locality: Chile, Tarapacá, Arica Km 39, Lluta. — Type specimen: Holotype male (IZUC).
TYPE LOCALITY. — Peru, Lima.
TYPE SPECIMEN. — Holotype male (BMNH).
