TYPE LOCALITY. — Peru, [Puno], La Union, R [io] Huacamayo, Carabaya; [Brazil], Amazonas, Fonte Boa.
TYPE SPECIMENS. — Described from 3 male and 5 female syntypes (BMNH; 1 male syntype from Peru labeled TYPE).
