This dataset contains supporting information and data for the preprint: Scalable dynamic characterization of synthetic gene circuits.
The dataset contains the following 3 files:
- DynamicCharacterizationGenbanks.zip: This zip contains Genbank files that describe the sequence information of the genetic circuits that have been built and characterized in this manuscript.
- DynamicCharacterizationWrapper.zip: This zip contains the models and data files of the case studies that run using the Dynamic Characterization wrapper CLI tool.
- GECWebserver.zip: This zip contains the models and data files of the case studies that run using the GEC (Genetic Engineering of Cells) Web server tool.
