Description

Aleochara ((Xenochara) funebris WOLLASTON, 1864

Material examined: Konya: 1 ex., Seydişehir env., 1400 m, 5.-6.VI.2003, leg. Smatana (cAss); 3 exs., Beyşehir Gölü, Haci Akil Mağara, 10.-12.VI.2003, leg. Smatana (cAss, cSch).

Aleochara funebrisfunebris is widespread in the Palaearctic and the Oriental regions, but had been unknown from Turkey (SMETANA, 2004).
