Aleochara (Heterochara) spissicornis ERICHSON, 1839
Material examined: Erzurum: 1 ex., 40 km NW Tortum, Mescit Dağları, 40°36N, 41°23E, 2100 m, pine forest, 20.VI.1998, leg. Solodovnikov (cAss). Konya: 1 ex., Akşehir env., Sultan Dağları, 24.IV.1960, leg. Petrowitz & Ressl (NMW). Mersin: 1 ex., Çamlıyayla-Meşelik, 37°06N, 34°42E, 920 m, 5.V.2002, leg. Brachat & Meybohm (cAss).
According to SMETANA (2004), this rare species has a trans-Palaearctic distribution and had been reported from Turkey before.
