Neisseria meningitidis bacterial growth

Bacterial growth of several colonies of Nesseria meningitidis, imaged with a spinning-disk confocal microscope.

The bacteria were then tracked using the ilastik detector of TrackMate, and the LAP tracker. The resulting TrackMate XML is included in the dataset. This dataset also includes the ilastik project file (ILP) that we use to train the pixel classifier. It is also used in TrackMate to perform the segmentation.
