Description
In this study, we have used a catalog of low-mass x-ray binaries that contain 108 systems. We have investigated the stellar and orbital parameters of low-mass x-ray binaries (consist neutron star or black hole as a primary component and low-mass star as a companion), which have been obtained from the catalog of cataclysmic binaries, low-mass X-ray binaries, and related objects. We performed statistical analysis of the stellar and orbital parameters characterizing these systems and built the mass-luminosity relations for the components of low-mass x-ray binaries. Also, we examined the stability of mass transfer in these systems.
