One syntype is deposited in NMPC (ex coll. Z. Tesař):
SYNTYPE (♀): ‘ Algeria / Reitter [p, white label, black margin] // coll. Reitter [p] // Paratypus [p] 1901 / Rhizotrogus (Apterog.) / pallidimargo / Reitter [hw, white label, red margin]’.
Current status. Junior subjective synonym of Geotrogus numidicus (Lucas, 1846), see, e.g.
BARAUD (1985).
