The holotype and three paratypes (including the allotype) are deposited in NMPC (ex coll.

PARATYPE (♀): ‘Turkmen. SSR, 1989 / Kara-Kala 29.-3.5. / lgt. S. Bečvář [p] // Lethrus (Scelolethrus) / tekkensis sp.n. / ALLOTYPUS ♀ / David Král & Aldo Olexa det. 1995 [p, red label]’.
