Synonym: Cuculiphilus albidum (Giebel) [1].

Host: Neophron percnopterus (L.) [1].

Distribution in Bulgaria: Ihtiman Region [1].

According to Price et al. (2003), Menopon albidum is an unidentifiable species. It is not included in the checklist of Fauna Europaea (2004). The status of the material reported from Bulgaria under this name requires further studies.
