Pisodonophis boro (Hamilton, 1822)

Ophisurus boro Hamilton, 1822:20 (type locality: Ganges estuary near Calcutta, India).

Remarks. A common species found in the bycatch of bottom trawls off southwestern Taiwan, but it is less abundant than P. cancrivorus.
